The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to operate the delivered equipment for its intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the control software without written consent. You are responsible for maintaining a safe operating environment, including proper ventilation, grounding, and operator training. Bigbackbiscuits.com retains all intellectual property rights to the designs, firmware, and calibration algorithms.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost production, or downtime resulting from equipment failure, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty covers consumable parts or normal wear.
If you breach any term of this agreement, your right to use the equipment and associated software terminates immediately. Upon termination, you must cease all operation and, at our request, return or destroy any proprietary materials. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before the termination date.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on this page. Continued use of the equipment after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users via the email address on file. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the equipment before the effective date.
